On Friday Paytm, one of the most used e-wallets in India, recently got an update, both on Android and iOS. One of the update include the launch of physical debit cards for its Payments Bank account holders. Users can withdraw cash from ATMs and make offline payments. As per company they will be charged Rs 120 as a one time fee while placing the order for physical RuPay debit card.

This physical debit card is only be available for users who have Paytm Payments Bank account. If you wish to request for a physical debit card, you will first need to create a Paytm Payments Bank account. You can eaisly create the account with your Paytm login ID and password only a nominal fee will be charged.
“This will add to the convenience of our customers as they can now use their Paytm debit card to pay across all online platforms as well as offline stores with their Paytm Payments Bank account,” said Renu Satti, managing director and CEO of Paytm Payments Bank.
Paytm also launched Unified Payments Interface (UPI) on its iOS app. Now customers will be able to create their own Paytm UPI IDs, which will be issued by Paytm Payments Bank. The app also adds support for BHIM, to enable users send and receive funds into their bank account using UPI (Unified Payments Interface).
