New Update : Google Removes AdSense Ad Limit, 3-ads-per-page limit

Google has changed the google AdSense policy now publishers can add as many adds to their website and blog. Goolge removes 3 text and display ads, 3 links ad or 2 search box add unit limit.

A Google spokesperson confirmed the update to Marketing Land:
“We’re always fine tuning our policies to make sure they reflect the current environment. In one recent change, we stopped limiting the number of AdSense ads that could appear on a page and instead now look at the overall balance of content and ads on a page. We think this better takes into account experiences like infinite scrolling and in-stream video. As always, we encourage publishers to keep the user experience in mind and require they have more original content than ads on the page. “

Previously it was

“Currently, on each page AdSense publishers may place:

– Up to three AdSense for content units
– Up to three link units– Up to two search boxesPublishers may not place more than one “large” ad unit per page. We define a “large” ad unit as any unit similar in size to our 300×600 format. For example, this would include our 300×1050 and 970×250 formats, our 750×200 and 580×400 regional formats, and any other custom sized ad with comparable dimensions.”

Few days before, google announce for the change in ad limit policy one page per unit has been removed this is a good news for blogger and website owners now they can add a s many adds and through this they can earn more money.

Reason

One of the reason of doing this due to the access advertisement search in google related to products.Google said removing ad unit will break the access search of products in search engine and user / visitors can get the relevant search. Google’s previous ad limit policy was in effect for many years — in fact, the company has not updated it since the rise of mobile. “It was time for a refresh”,

New Google AdSense policy
Ensuring proper ad placement : Valuable inventory
Advertising and other paid promotional material added to your pages should not exceed your content. Furthermore, the content you provide should add value and be the focal point for users visiting your page. For this reason, we may limit or disable ad serving on pages with little to no value and/or excessive advertising until changes are made.

Examples of unacceptable pages include but are not limited to:
  • Mirroring, framing, scraping or rewriting of content from other sources without adding value;
  • Pages with more advertising than publisher-provided content;
  • Automatically generated content without manual review or curation;
  • Hosted ad pages or pages without content;
  • Pages that don’t follow our Webmaster Quality Guidelines.

Advise
Although google remove the ad limit but still it have rights to disable all or some of them. where they think they are excessive

More ad units actually means less income anyway, as it puts visitors off. Low key is actually better.

So more over instead of 3 you can use 5 ad on page otherwise this will heavily effect your website / blog and readers / Visitors
